2025 Sauvignon Blanc

Sourced from our estate Lauzier and Two-Gun vineyards in the Ancient Lakes AVA, this Sauvignon Blanc is bright, cool, and refreshingly crisp. It showcases lively, “electric” acidity balanced by a clean mineral backbone and vibrant citrus expression. On the palate, layers of yellow grapefruit, lime zest and green apple unfold, complemented by subtle herbal notes. This energetic profile makes it an excellent companion to seafood—especially lemon-garlic shrimp and fresh Alaskan halibut—as well as Caprese salad, asparagus risotto or spicy Thai/Mexican cuisine.
