Sourced from our Estate Big River Vineyard in the Wahluke Slope, this beautifully crafted blend combines the best characteristics of Carménère, Malbec, and Cabernet Sauvignon. It delivers rich flavors of dark fruit, complemented by subtle earthy tones, sweet tobacco, and a touch of dark chocolate. The tannins are smooth and well-integrated, creating a balanced, velvety finish.

Sourced from the Wahluke Slope AVA and fermented in small open-top tanks. This wine was aged gracefully for 24 months in 100% French Oak barrels of which 40% were new oak. This key factor contributes to the depth and character of our Cab Franc. The end result is a bold and balanced mouthfeel with hints of currant, mocha, vanilla bean and cherry which compliments the robust lingering finish. Enjoy with steak, duck and lamb dishes. This wine will drink well now, but age for years to come!

2016 was a warm vintage which really concentrated the flavors of our estate grown Malbec. The full, supple mid-palate showcases the unique growing region found in our Estate Big River Vineyard located in the Wahluke Slope AVA. Pairs wonderfully with roasted leg-of-lamb, grilled steak, pork roast and blueberry cobbler.

The Wahluke Slope continues to deliver ripe flavors and silky firm tannins. This wine benefited rom the warm growing season. Flavors of berry, hints of chocolatte and oak dust marry beautifully in this delicious approachable wine. Pairs great with ribeye steak, herb-crusted lamb chops and blueberry pie.

Sourced from our estate vineyards on the Wahluke Slope, this 2022 Mourvèdre reflects the warmth and intensity of the site. Aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, and dried plum are layered with notes of cracked pepper, baking spice, and a touch of earthy undertone. Aged in 100% French oak, the wine develops a lush, velvety texture with a rich mid-palate and smooth, integrated tannins. The finish is long and savory, with lingering spice and dark fruit. Pair with grilled lamb, slow-braised short ribs, smoked brisket, or rosemary-garlic pork loin. Also complements Mediterranean dishes, mushroom risotto, and aged cheeses.

Bold and expressive, this wine showcases rich dark fruit flavors of blackberry and plum, with hints of violet, cocoa, and spice. Aged in 100% French oak barrels, the palate is smooth and well-structured, leading to a long, elegant finish. A blend of 80% Carménère, 10% Malbec, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine was aged for 24 months in 100% French oak barrels and carefully tended throughout its maturation. As one of our final picks of the season, the extended hang time allowed for optimal ripeness and beautifully developed tannins. The nose opens with layered aromas of violet, dried herbs, green peppercorn, ripe fig and dark plum, accented by subtle notes of baking spice, cedar and toasted vanilla from barrel aging. On the palate, the wine is rich and full-bodied with velvety tannins, a structured core and juicy dark fruit tones. It pairs beautifully with rosemary-crusted rack of lamb, braised short ribs, beef tenderloin, and wood-fired steak. In addition to aged Manchego and smoked Gouda.

This is only our second offering of this magnificent late ripening Rhône variety which is velvety soft and light- to medium-body showcasing beautiful cherry color. It is fruit-forward and aromatic with elegant textures on the mid palate, with hints of berries and mocha completed by the lush ripe flavors. It makes for easy casual sipping or pair with mini cheese tarts, grilled fish, salad, angel hair pasta and chicken.

Enticing aromas of dark cherry, plum and subtle vanilla lead to a rich, velvety palate layered with ripe blackberry, cocoa and a touch of tobacco. Aged 18 months in 100% French oak barrels, adding depth and refined complexity. Complements dishes such as roasted lamb, grilled sausages or smoky paella.

Ripe red cherry and wild strawberry aromas meet hints of dried herbs and subtle oak spice. The palate is vibrant and fruit-forward, with balanced acidity and a smooth finish. Aged 18 months in French oak barrels for added complexity. Pairs beautifully with tomato-based pasta dishes, wood-fired pizza and grilled vegetables.

From our estate Two Gun Vineyard, this 100% whole-cluster pressed Rosé reflects both precision and place. The warm 2025 season yielded beautiful ripeness and aromatic intensity, while a slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel preserved its energy and freshness. Notes of wild raspberry, white peach, blood orange and crushed rose petals unfold across a silky mid-palate, finishing with bright acidity and a subtle mineral lift. Pair with cedar-planked salmon, seared ahi with sesame crust, burrata with heirloom tomatoes or herb-forward Mediterranean dishes.

This 100% Riesling wine, fermented in stainless steel tanks, is fruit-forward with twice the sweetness of our classic Market White. Sourced from our estate Lauzier and Two-Gun vineyards in the Ancient Lakes AVA, this Sauvignon Blanc is bright, cool, and refreshingly crisp. It showcases lively, “electric” acidity balanced by a clean mineral backbone and vibrant citrus expression. On the palate, layers of yellow grapefruit, lime zest and green apple unfold, complemented by subtle herbal notes. This energetic profile makes it an excellent companion to seafood—especially lemon-garlic shrimp and fresh Alaskan halibut—as well as Caprese salad, asparagus risotto or spicy Thai/Mexican cuisine.

Introducing our newest low-bubble sparkling wine, made from Pinot Gris (with a splash of Chardonnay) which was crafted using a proprietary method using both Old World and New World techniques.
