Sourced from our estate vineyards on the Wahluke Slope, this 2022 Mourvèdre reflects the warmth and intensity of the site. Aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, and dried plum are layered with notes of cracked pepper, baking spice, and a touch of earthy undertone. Aged in 100% French oak, the wine develops a lush, velvety texture with a rich mid-palate and smooth, integrated tannins. The finish is long and savory, with lingering spice and dark fruit. Pair with grilled lamb, slow-braised short ribs, smoked brisket, or rosemary-garlic pork loin. Also complements Mediterranean dishes, mushroom risotto, and aged cheeses.
