The high elevation of our Lauzier Vineyard site helps our Riesling develop pronounced tropical and citrus aromas and complex flavors. A slow, cool fermentation delivers a burst of lively fruit notes which carry into the palate with crisp acidity balancing the residual sugar. Our Riesling showcases the immense quality and consistency of our vineyards within the Ancient Lakes AVA. Enjoy chilled with fresh fruit salads, Cobb salad, breaded shrimp and spicy cuisine.

The 2023 growing season was one of the hottest to date, giving the Two Gun vineyard the opportunity to produce ripe juicy flavors with the signature natural acidity we count on year after year. A rounded texture with apple, pear and citrus flavors. Pairs great with grilled salmon, creamy chicken pasta, shrimp risotto and your favorite salad.

Fresh aromas of granny smith apples, pears and citrus carry into the refreshing crisp palate of this wine. A slow cool fermentation retained the aromas and flavors of citrus and extended lees aging produced a Chardonnay with full body texture. The refreshing citrus finish pairs well with fish, salads and your favorite charcuterie spread.

Sourced from our Trinidad Vineyards, the long growing days and cooler nights produce a balanced fruity and power-house Cabernet Sauvignon aged in 100% French Oak for 18 months. This wine consistently delivers depth and age-ability with supreme tannin and structures. The fruit carries beautifully on the palate making an excellent dinner wine. Tempranillo, an early ripening Spanish variety benefits from extended hang time, meaning we allowed the grapes to hang longer on the vine before harvest. This fruit-forward and food-friendly Tempranillo was aged for 14 months in 100% French Oak. It delivers bold concentrated flavors unique to this variety. Enjoy with aged cheeses, paellas, meatballs and your favorite tapas. 

Introducing our newest sparkling wine, made from Pinot Gris (with a splash of Chardonnay) was crafted using a proprietary method using both Old World and New World techniques. Aromas of pear, apricots and stone fruits compliment the citrus and refreshing textures on the palate. Enjoy chilled with Brie cheese, artichoke dip, fresh fruit or use to craft your favorite mimosa.
